Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about building a box, personalisation and your order.
How does building a box work?
Pick a Regular or Large box, add the gifts you want and personalise each one with their name. Finish with a greeting card message, then check out. We'll hand-pack everything for you.
What sizes are the boxes?
Two sizes: Regular (21 x 25 x 10 cm) and Large (25 x 30 x 12 cm). Boxes start from $15, and you'll see how much space is left as you add gifts.
What comes in every box?
Every box comes with a greeting card, ribbon, filler and tissue paper, so it arrives ready to give.
Can every gift be personalised?
Yes. As you add each gift, you can enter the name you'd like on it, so the whole box is made for one person.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Our Purchase Protection Program has you covered. If we make an error, we'll replace it for free or give you a full refund, and lost or damaged items are replaced.
Do you handle corporate and bulk orders?
Yes. We put together boxes for onboarding, work anniversaries and client gifts, each personalised with a name. Talk to our team and we'll help you plan it.
